Mission et vision
Present since 1989, Diabète Outaouais inc. seeks to inform, raise awareness, and prevent diabetes for the entire population of Outaouais. Totally independent and offering its services exclusively in Outaouais, Diabète Outaouais invests all its efforts in improving the lives of people with diabetes, as well as their loved ones, in the Outaouais. The association offers free conferences, cooking classes, a documentation center, moral support, networking opportunities, and other activities aimed at improving diabetes screening and treatment.
Board of directors
The association's board of directors is composed of seven volunteer members, each serving a two-year term. It has sole authority over all the association's affairs and ensures the application and respect of its bylaws.
